1 Tin Cooked Chick Peas - Drain and Rinse

Pinch Salt Fresh

Ground Pepper

1 tbsp Your Favourite Oil

3tbsp Scrubby Oak Vinegar



Whizz everything up in a food processor till as smooth as you like it.


Serve with Tortillas Crisps and Crisp Veg - Carrot Sticks, Celery, Baby Corn, Strips of Sweet Peppers

Apple Vinegar and Mint leaves - about 10 large Apple Mint leaves from my Garden


Basil Vinegar with Sun dried Tomatoes - About 3-4 Tomatoes depending on size

This is just so easy and quick to whizz up for a light lunch or healthy snack.
