Reporting Damaged Consignments

In order that we can thoroughly investigate Any Damaged Deliveries,

Please follow this Procedure:-

1, If there is Obvious Damage to or Leakage of the Contents


2, Telephone us within 3 days of the Delivery 01760-722202

3, This must be followed by a letter within 5 days explaining what the Damage is.

4, Please note The Delivery driver has NO authority to make any undertakings regarding replacements on our behalf.

This Procedure MUST be followed for any claim to be considered.

Returns, Cancellations and Refunds policy

1, You can notify us by email to before we have despatched the goods or

2, Where the goods have already been despatched to you, by returning the goods to us in accordance to clause 3 below.

3, You can return the goods ordered from us for any reason at any time within 7 days of receipt for a refund of the goods, providing the goods remain un-opened.

4, Refunds for goods returned that are not faulty shall be liable to an administration charge of £1.50
