Scrubby Oak Fine Foods Ltd has been creating delicious Victorian style Vinegars and Preserves since 2005.We are a small micro business run by the owners Robin and Debbie Slade. We stay true to the traditional recipes and ingredients to ensure that these preserves taste as good as they always did.

Free from Artificial  Additives, Colouring's  or Artificial Sweeteners.









We like to get feed back about our products from the public and the opportunity for them to  meet the producer through a number of small and larger Retail Shows we attend across East Anglia each Year.


Suggestions for new products are always welcome.

All our products are made to recipes that are Gluten Free and suitable for those following a Vegetarian or Vegan diet.

Our Products are made in small batches using a high degree of  Hand made manufacturing processes.

The ingredients we use are either grown by  ourselves or sourced from U.K growers when in Season.


The varieties used are selected for their Flavour, Colour and Quality.
